AEON LEGAL LENDING gets you paid with no obligation whatsoever. If you have a potential client who is unable to pay the quoted fee or retainer in a civil case, misdemeanor or traffic matter, simply provide him or her with our information. The client contacts us directly to apply. When approved, we will pay you directly via ACH so you can get to work. We adhere to confidentiality of the attorney-client relationship and your work is between you and your client. AEON requires only an agreement to return unused funds for application to the client's loan balance.

AEON LEGAL LENDING IS ETHICALLY PERMISSIBLE...
Is it ethical? YES. The Virginia State Bar has provided an ethics opinion dated July 27, 2022, advising that it is perfectly acceptable to suggest AEON to a client. A copy of this opinion is below, as well as a copy of the model ABA opinion upon which the VSB opinion is predicated.
